Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 2026

By booking or using a service provided by Apex Trailer Skips Pty Ltd ('Apex", "we", "us" or "our"), you agree to these terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until accepted by Apex.
Prices are based on the service, location, hire period and waste information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply if the service, waste type, weight or amount differs from the information originally provided.
Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms provided when your booking is confirmed.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Reasonable cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply where insufficient notice is provided or costs have already been incurred.

2. Trailer Hire, Delivery & Collection
The agreed hire period will be confirmed with your booking. Extentions are subject to availability and may incur additional hire charges.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access for delivery and collection and ensure there is sufficient space for the trailer.
The customer is responsible for choosing or approving a suitable placement location and advising Apex of any hazards or access restrictions.
Trailers must not be moved, relocated or towed without prior approval from Apex.
Apex may refuse delivery, placement or collection where we reasonably believe it would be unsafe.

3. Waste, Weight Limits & Loading
Customers must provide accurate information about the type and approximate amount of waste being disposed of.
Waste must safely be contained within the trailer and must not exceed the permitted load or weight limits.
Unless specifically approved by Apex, hazardous or prohibited must not be placed in the trailer, including asbestos, chemicals, explosives, gas bottles, liquids or other regulated waste.
Additional charges may apply for excess weight, prohibited or undeclared waste, additional disposal costs or unsafe overloaded trailers.
Apex may refuse to transport an unsafe or overloaded trailer until the issue has been corrected.
4. Rubbish Removal Services
For rubbish removal and loading services, quotes are based on the information and photographs provided by the customer.
If the amount, type or weight of rubbish differs sigificantly from what was originally disclosed, the price may need to be adjusted.
Where reasonably practicable, Apex will advise you of any additional charges before carrying out work beyond the original quote.
Customers must ensure reasonable access to the rubbish being removed and advise us beforehand of any access issues or hazards.
5. Damage, Property & Customer Responsibility
Customers must take responsible care of Apex Trailer Skips & equipment while they're in their possession.
Customers may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs resulting from loss, theft, deliberate damage or misuse beyond normal wear and tear.
The customer is responsible for ensuring they have permission to place the trailer at the requested location.
Apex will take reasonable care during delivery, collection and rubbish removal.
Customers should advise of soft ground, underground services, low clearance structures or other property risks before service.
6. Delays, Liability & General Terms
Apex will make reasonable efforts to provide services at the agreed time. Delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather conditions, disposal facilities, equipment issues, previous jobs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where possible, we will advise customers of significant delays.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions exlcudes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Apex may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The terms applicable to your booking will be those provided or made available in connection with that booking.
